The Alliance for Global Education is a proud member of the Forum on Education Abroad, and a strong supporter of the Forum’s role as Standards Development Organization for the field of education abroad. Wherever possible and applicable, the Alliance seeks to uphold and adhere to the Forum Standards in our policies, academics, and program management. The Alliance is also a proud supporter of the Forum’s Code of Ethics. In all facets of our program management, we seek to uphold and adhere to both the spirit and the letter of this Code of Ethics, and endorse it as a valuable tool in promoting and ensuring the continued high ideals and professional integrity that have been hallmarks of the field of international education. Dr. Andrea Custodi, the Alliance’s Director of Outreach and Operations, has been a member of the Forum Standards Committee and Ethics Working Group since 2007, and is currently Chair-Designate of the Standards Committee. She is also an elected member of the Forum Advisory Council and co-chairs the Forum Outcomes and Assessment Committee.
