Following are internship placements that Alliance staff have facilitated for our students (home school major listed):
- A Hong Kong based British consulting/PR/Marketing firm, focused on bridging foreign media companies with Chinese communication networks. (International Relations major)
- An art gallery owned and run by a very well known art critic and curator in China, inside of the 798 art gallery district in Beijing. The gallery aims to promote Chinese contemporary art worldwide by representing emerging and overlooked talented artists. (Art major)
- A global technology PR firm with offices in more than 40 cities all over the world. With expertise and experience in tech and telecom communications, the Beijing office has more than 50 years experience supporting multinational technology companies in China, offering a full spectrum of PR services ranging from media relations, product marketing, strategic consultancy and crisis management. (Business Marketing major)
- The economic development bureau of Baoshan District Government, a not-for-profit government agency. (Economics and East Asian Studies double major)
- The investment banking subsidiary of Shanghai's largest privately owned company. (International Business and Finance major)
- A small, privately owned market research firm founded by two friends -- a woman from England and a woman from Shanghai -- in 2005. (International Business major)
- The residential real estate subsidiary of Shanghai's largest privately owned company. (International Business and Finance major)
- China's largest travel services agency. (International Relations major)
- Shanghai's first (early 1990s) hi-tech development zone, a not-for-profit government agency. (International Business and Chinese double major)
