Pre-departure Forms
Accepted students should print, complete and return the Intent to Enroll form [pdf] and the Special Needs form [pdf]. Please complete the Special Needs form even if you don't have any special requirements.
If you will be applying any financial aid toward the cost of your Alliance program, please print, complete and return the Financial Aid Arrangements form [pdf]. You can read more about transferring financial aid by visiting the Financial Aid section of this website.
If you have not submitted a Course Selection form or Housing Preference form, please return to the Apply Now section of this website to download these forms.
