Study Abroad Programs in India

The Alliance programs in India introduce students to the most dynamic areas of Indian society through challenging coursework, experiential learning, and cultural immersion.

Experiential Learning.  Students explore the varied and often contradictory realities that comprise India through internships, directed research, documentary filmmaking, or a field-based practicum.

Intellectually Rigorous Classes.  Classes are taught to a high standard by Indian university professors and experts in the field. Class sizes are small to maximize the learning environment and ensure personal attention.

Cultural Immersion.  Students are immersed in the local both in and outside the classroom. Integrated activities and field visits introduce students to people and places they would not otherwise have the opportunity to see.
